The parachute lies flat on the ground.

The players it on the edge of the parachute with their feet towards the centre.

They can gain extra support by placing their hands beside them or slightly behind them on the floor.

The ball is rolled towards the players feet and is kicked back to the leader who is in the centre.

After everyone has had a practice kick, two players are introduced onto the parachute and the ball is aimed at them. If it strikes they have to come off and a new player goes on.

The leader remains in the centre keeping the ball moving.
