Classroom Key Stage 2 / KS2 - Art Activities & Resources
Welcome to the Art section of the Key Stage 2 classroom. This KS2 Art area helps children at Key Stage 2 level to develop their artistic talents and understand the different aspects of Art.
Children are able to enhance their Artistic Knowledge and Understanding through a number of fun and educational activities, from learning about landscapes and still life to solving art mysteries.
Many fun projects suitable for Key Stage 2 Art pupils can be found in the Investigating and Making section, including activities to help children make mobiles, create portraits and design patterns.
There is also a section dedicated to Exploring and Developing Ideas aimed at encouraging children to unlock their creative talents. Activities in this section are all suitable for children at Key Stage 2 level and include sand art, making your own paper and balloon twisting.
The Famous Artists section helps children at Key Stage 2 level to develop their knowledge of artists such as Leonardo da Vinci, Claude Monet, Vincent Van Gogh, Andy Warhol and Jack Vettriano.
The resources and activities in the KS2 Art section are in an interactive, online, or printable format that brings a differing dynamic to the subject for children studying at Key Stage 2.

State Russian Museum - Year 6 - Take a look at the State Museum of Russia which covers thehistory of Russian fine art from the 10th century to the present day.
