The players sit around the edge of the parachute.

The leader asks one player “What is your name?” That player replies using their own name and says, “Hello, my name is Jack”.

The player on Jack’s left then says, “Hello, my name is Grace and this is Jack.”

The next player then says “Hello, my name is Sharon, and this is Grace and that is Jack.” And so it goes on round the circle.

Others in the group can help if a name in the list is missed out or forgotten.

When the circle has been completed the game can be extended by the leader giving Jack a ball.

He then throws it across the circle to another player and says, “My name is Jack and you are Mary” saying the name of the player who received the ball.

This can continue until everyone has had a go.
