Children lie around the edge of the parachute with their feet under the parachute, like they are in bed with their heads outside.

One child is chosen to be the Teddy Bear that moves under the parachute and gently tickles the other children's feet. Once someone's feet is tickled they become a Teddy Bear themselves.

When most of the children are Teddy Bears then the teacher can call out "Teddy Bears Out" and everyone goes to the edge again.

The Teddy bears must tickle the 'sleeping' children gently.
