The parachute is placed flat on the ground.

The teams stand round the edge of the parachute.

Each team has a different coloured foam Frisbee.

Each member of each team takes a turn to throw the frisbee onto the parachute to score points.

The centre hole gives 100 points.

Between the centre and the second ring give 50 points.

Between the second and third ring is 25 points.

Between the third ring and the outer edge gives 10 points.
