Stand and Sit
All the players sit round the parachute. They hold onto the edge of the parachute tightly with their arms straight. Their knees are bent up to their chests and their feet are together. The leader gives the command “Stand”. Everyone does this by pulling hard on the parachute, while they are holding tight. Then the command “Sit Down” is given and everyone lowers themselves to a sitting position again, without letting go of the edge of the parachute. |
