All the players stand round the edge of the parachute. Three players are chosen to stand in the centre of the parachute.

Those who are round the edge face inwards with their legs apart, with their feet touching their neighbour forming hoops.

The players in the centre each have a ball, which they try to shoot through the hoops formed by the legs of the others.

Players round the edge try to stop the balls by using their hands and arms. They are not allowed to move their feet.
