Cat and Mouse
The children stand around the edge of the parachute and billow the parachute making it have continuous waves. One child is the mouse and hides under the parachute and another child is the cat and walks on top of the parachute. The idea is for the cat to find the mouse. The job of the other children is to help hide the mouse by billowing the parachute. You can have more than one mouse or cat. Once the mouse is found then other children have a turn. Obviously children need to be reminded about safety when trying to find the mouse - the best thing would be for the children to crawl. |
